If items are in stocks, orders are dispatched within 1 working day.
Orders cannot be amended once it is placed. If the order is not shipped, we would cancel the order, if shipped, the clients have to wait for delivery or place a new order, return the wrong items and get a refund once they are returned to us. We will provide the buyer with free shipment label as a compensation for the inconvenience to return the items.
Delivery Methods for Orders in UK
All UK orders are dispatched during working days via Royal Mail or Parcel Force Tracked service. It is FREE UK next day delivery on orders over £55.00.
We offers two delivery methods:
1. Standard delivery (2-3 days)
2. Next Day Delivery - for Orders order by 2pm, and Mainland UK only (There is no next day delivery guarantee available for Channel Islands - Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man/Ellan Vannin, Alderney and Sark) , and Business day only.

Please Note: Large volume orders may have been split into multiple parcels, this means your parcels may arrive at different times. We don't dispatch at weekends or holidays.

It is FREE Europe delivery on orders over £79.00.
International orders are dispatched via DHL or Royal Mail. Delivery time depends on location.
Out-of-Stock Items and Pre Orders
In the event only some products are in stock at the time the order is placed, the in-stock items will be dispatched immediately if the backordered items will be in stock over 20 days. The backordered items will then been dispatched when stock is replenished.
If the backorder will be available in 20 days, we will dispatch the whole order when the backorder is in stock. If you need the in-stock items urgently, please contact us freely, and then we will refund the backorder and dispatch the in-stock items immediately.
